| Do I need to bring anything with me for any treatments | ||||||
Always bring open toed shoes to wear after a pedicure to allow your nail varnish to dry. Loose, dark clothing and flip flops are recommended to be worn after a tanning treatment. For a bikini wax, underwear should be left on. Alternatively swimwear can be worn to give a guideline on how much waxing needs to be done. |

| Gift Vouchers |
| Gift vouchers are available at Silhouette Skin Care and Beauty Centre, these can be presented in money value or by treatment name. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non refundable. |

| Senior Citizens and Student Discounts |
| We offer a discount rate on most of our treatments apart from treatment packages, some treatments are already heavily discounted. Students please bring your student card to receive your discount. |

| Give us your mobile number and we will text you with our salon offers, new products, treatments and when we get appointment cancellations. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| We respectfully request 24 hours notice for any cancellations of a treatment or a 50% charge will incur. If you arrive late and a treatment cannot be carried out a charge will also be incurred. |

| Please respect the peace and tranquillity of the salon and switch off mobile phones. |

| Loyalty Card Scheme |
For every £20.00 spent in one transaction, we offer a loyalty card stamp. An award is given when one side of your card is full. |

Are required for some treatments and available if you are prone to reactions or sensitivity on any treatment. |
